PELE VIEW COTTAGE PRICES 2024

November £885 per week

(Christmas/New Year holidays - weeks commencing 20-12-24 & 27-12-24 £1120)

CHANGE-OVER DAY

The change-over days for Pele View Cottage are Friday and Monday, so you can either stay for a week (Fri to Fri or Mon to Mon), 3 nights (Fri to Mon) or 4 nights (Mon to Fri).

DEPOSIT

Booking deposit is one third of total rent. Balance (the remaining two thirds) is payable by 6 weeks before your stay.

SHORT BREAKS

Short breaks are either 3 or 4 nights (arriving Mon & departing Fri, or arriving Fri & departing Mon). A 4 night break is charged at 75% of the weekly price, and a 3 night break is charged at 60% of the weekly price.

DOGS

There is an additional charge of £30 per dog per stay. Please see the home page for requirements regarding dogs.
