On the ground floor, there is a spacious and immaculately presented living-room with a wood burning stove set in an original stone fireplace. There is a large flat-screen smart TV with a DVD player and an extensive collection of DVDs. The cottage has wi-fi. There is ample seating, with a large leather 3 seater sofa, as well as 2 separate leather armchairs. The floor is solid wood throughout the ground floor, and there is a large rug in the living-room. Overhead track lighting is attached to the original wooden beams, and there are several lantern-style lamps. The bay window looks out over the front garden to the medieval Pele tower opposite the cottage, and double doors lead through to the kitchen, offering a panoramic view of the sea.
The kitchen/diner is huge and extremely light, with a large roof-lantern and a spectacular panoramic view of the sea. Guests have commented that you feel like you're on the prow of the ship when you stand at the kitchen sink! There is another fireplace with an exposed stone chimney-breast, a second wood-burning stove and there is a large refectory table with dining chairs for 4. The kitchen units are pale grey, with a grey quartz worktop. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped, with electric oven and hob, fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Double doors lead back through to the living-room, and the back door leads out to the 'Bank Top' (water's edge), where there is a private bench belonging to the cottage.
On the first floor, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, a built in wardrobe and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. There is also a second bedroom with twin beds. Both bedrooms have beautiful exposed wooden beams, and double doors with glass-panelled juliet balconies offering spectacular sea-views.
There are 2 fully-tiled bathrooms in the cottage, both with WC. The ground floor bathroom has a bath, while the first floor bathroom has a shower.
