The stunning beach at Druridge Bay is a stone — The stunning beach at Druridge Bay is a stone's throw from the cottage. Perfect for long walks

Seven miles of sand and dunes, often with hardly a soul in sight !

The kitchen is huge, light and airy, with a spectacular sea view

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. It even has its own log burner. Double doors lead through to the living room

There is a huge glass lantern directly above the dining table

The fireplaces are both in original exposed stone

The spacious living room has a large leather sofa and armchairs, a smart TV with DVD, and a log burner for cosy nights in

The leather sofa and armchairs are very comfortable, and the original artwork depicts local scenes and wildlife

The barn owl which often hunts in the fields and dunes nearby has had his portrait painted by a local artist too !

The lounge window looks across to the medieval Pele Tower opposite

There are two bathrooms - the downstairs bathroom has a bath and WC

The staircase has a sturdy wooden bannister. The original front door is in the background

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a wall-mounted TV, as well as a stunning panoramic sea view

There is ample wardrobe space and good quality bed linen on the comfortable bed

The second bedroom has twin beds

.....and the same spectacular sea view as the master bedroom

The upstairs bathroom has an excellent shower

The front garden is a typical cottage garden, bursting with colour in the summer

The bench in the front garden is the perfect sheltered place to enjoy the evening sun...

....and the lovely view of the Pele Tower opposite.

The Pele Tower opposite is illuminated at night, which is very atmospheric

The woods around the Pele Tower opposite the cottage are full of snowdrops in Spring

The Bank Top at the rear of the cottage is where the fishermen used to store their boats. This one is still here !

The bench on the Bank Top, next to the rock garden, is the perfect place to sit and unwind.....

There is a pretty rock garden at the rear, full of flowers in spring and summer

The sunrise from the Bank Top is often spectacular...

....as is the sunset.
