Please note - the rental prices for Anchor Cottage are for up to two guests. At Anchor Cottage, there is a supplementary charge of £150 per week for each additional guest over and above two. In short breaks (see below) this charge is £25 per person per night. The maximum stay at Anchor Cottage is 7 nights. If you require a longer stay, please contact us directly via the 'Enquiries' tab on this website.

CHANGE-OVER DAY (or CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT DAY)
The change-over day for Anchor Cottage is Saturday. Short breaks (3 or 4 nights) are available between October and March (see below) - the changeover days for short breaks are Saturday and Tuesday.
DEPOSIT
Booking deposit is one third of total rent. Balance is payable by 6 weeks before your stay.
SHORT BREAKS
Short breaks at Anchor Cottage are available from October to March, and are either 3 or 4 nights (arriving Sat & leaving Tues, or arriving Tues & leaving Sat). 3 night breaks are charged at 60% of the weekly price, and 4 night breaks are charged at 75% of the weekly price. Short breaks are not available during school holiday periods.
